Before we look ahead to the promise of 2003, I want to reflect on the
year that just ended. We all have a lot to be thankful for. Particularly
I would like to thank our customers for their efforts: working together,
we made huge strides toward enhancing patient safety and reducing paperwork
in our ever-challenging healthcare environment. You fought for the budget
dollars and together we put those dollars to work!
In the new year, we are seeing another huge increase in budget commitments
as our hospital customers seize more opportunities for process improvement
and cost savings. With todays powerful forms automation technologies,
the purchase and storage of preprinted forms only waste time, money and
staff productivity. Its unnecessary. The replacement technology,
On Demand printing, is inexpensive, flexible and here to stay.
But, progress in automating hospital systems has to start with controlling
and rationalizing the underlying processes reflected by preprinted forms.
Each form is a manual information system. Together they continue to represent
80% or more of all work and documentation done. Document control has to
come firstand FormFast wants to be your partner to ensure that youre
not just automating forms, but are also improving your work processes
as well.
Forms automation makes senseespecially in these times of fiscal
belt-tightening. The return on investment for forms automation is one
of the highest among any software products. Forms automation is not glamorous
or sexy, but it produces for youand for the patients you serve.
At FormFast, we want to be your partner of choice for performance improvement
solutions. I look forward to continued dialogues with you about the products
and services you find most helpful.and the enhancements youd
like to see. We want to hear your feedback and suggestions. We listen
and
we act on what you tell us. I give you my word on it.
Again thank you
And lets make 2003 our best year yet!.
