One of the many strengths of FormFast software is its flexibility. It allows customers the option of designing their own forms, or asking the FormFast designers to do the job for them. So, whether you choose to ask for help, or do most of the work on your own, you’re likely to encounter Mark Ratliff, a Systems Consultant and one of the newest members of the FormFast Team.

"One of the biggest attractions of FormFast for me is our unique approach," he says. "Before coming here, I’d never seen or heard of a product like this…one that lets customers send their data to a form that they design. With most other systems, customers have to fit their data into a preprinted form. The ease and freedom with FormFast is just amazing."

Although Mark’s days are rarely "typical", he says that much of his time is spent in customer service, answering questions or helping customers create or modify overlays that provide an eye pleasing presentation of data. "Many of my customers work in the Information Systems Department," says Mark. They’re often very knowledgeable about computers, but they need our help in learning about the latest advances in what software can do." His customers’ quest for information molds Mark’s own approach as well, " My hope is that whatever a customer asks me, I’ll know the answer. But, on those occasions when I don’t know, I let them know that I will find it…and I don’t stop until I do. That way, we’re both learning something that will help them…and I can be that much more helpful to the next customer who calls."

Mark has been an avid and self described "computer geek" since the early 1980s. And even though his days demand dedication, patience and an eagerness to learn, he’s not someone who wants to forget about the computer after hours. On the contrary, when not spending time with his wife and two sons, Mark is an avid designer and participant in the growing area of web-based computer games. These sophisticated games attract international participants and involve league-based team challenges. "These games require computer skills, strategies and team work, and they use real locations as a backdrop," he explains. The computer and problem solving skills honed in the web-based games directly feed Mark’s FormFast performance as well, " It’s exciting to be part of a solution," he says.

"Our products are time savers, money savers, and great performers. And when I can work with customers to make the fit even better for them, well, then that’s a really great day."
