FormFastSite continues to generate lots of interest from current and potential customers. And in order to make sure your transition to FormFastSite is as seamless as possible, we asked Pam Landry, Senior Systems Analyst with FormFast, for some advice. According to Pam, a few simple steps will help your facility prepare for web-based forms storage and processing:

• Consider how you want things set up at your facility. Do you prefer to give your users Intranet or Internet access?
• Decide what forms/documents will eventually reside on your site

• Determine the users and access levels you want to offer.

• Appoint an administrator to work with the assigned FormFastSite coordinator. If you’re using the intranet, decide whether the internal administrator will maintain the site, of whether the FormFastSite Coordinator will have access to perform this function.

• Be sure to supply a document to the assigned installer that provides the answers to the above-listed considerations.

• Once you’ve taken these steps, your installer will then contact the FormFastSite Coordinator, discuss the location particulars, and turn the project over to the coordinator for completion.
